Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that you may need to return an item. You can return the product to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully for a smooth and efficient process.

Returns:
You have the right to return any product purchased from Pure Vue within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that purchases made during our 1+1 sale are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, if you choose to purchase only one pair during this promotion without using the offer, we cannot provide compensation or retroactively apply the discount.

Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer service at Contact@pure-vue.com to initiate a return. Include your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective/incorrect (color or model). Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.

Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return form with calculated shipping costs from us.

Pure Vue operates globally, and in some cases, we may not be able to provide a return label for shipping. Nevertheless, you will receive a label with return instructions.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the incorrect color/size, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a discount code to use during the return process. For all other return reasons not mentioned above, however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method to return the item.

Returning Orders with Issues: Damage/Incorrect Color or Size
Products that are incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit are eligible for return. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please ensure that you send the return within 14 days of receiving your confirmation.
After receiving the returned product, our team will check if it qualifies. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

Exchange Request:
Exchanges are only possible within the specified return period, usually within 30 days of the delivery date. Ensure the product is well-packed to prevent damage during transit. We only offer exchanges for products of equal value. If the exchange item has a different value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions to Returns / Non-Returnable Items
All returns must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unwashed:
Not applicable to pillowcase orders; merchandise must remain in its original, pristine condition. We cannot process returns for items that have been worn,
washed, or altered.

Damage-Free Requirement:
Not applicable to pillowcase orders; products should show no signs of wear or damage unless they arrived damaged.

Bundle Orders:
While we do not usually accept partial returns for items in a bundle, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and exceptions may be made based on individual circumstances. If you have issues or specific situations, we recommend contacting our customer service at Contact@pure-vue.com. We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is intended to cover the costs of processing returns, restocking, and any depreciation of returned items.

Exemption Conditions:
Restocking fees may be waived under certain circumstances, such as:
  • The received item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was sent, and a replacement item is not available.
Exemption requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange Procedure:
Upon receipt of the item you wish to exchange, we will initiate the exchange process. You will receive a new order number, and the exchange item will be shipped once we have verified and processed your exchange request. Please note that processing times for exchanges may vary.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Refund processing times on your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing time. Restocking fees may apply, where applicable.

Changes to the Return Policy:
Pure Vue reserves the right to modify or adjust this return policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
