Placing an Order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided email address. If you haven’t received a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Feel free to contact us for assistance.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can only place orders through our website. Our system is very user-friendly, but if you have any questions during the ordering process, please feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, you may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, and we’ll be glad to assist.

Returning

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a full refund if the product is undamaged and unused. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
