Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that sometimes you need to make a return. You can return your product to us for a full refund, a store credit or an exchange. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Returns:
You have the right to return any product purchased from Pure Vue within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that purchases during our 1+1 sale are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, if you choose to purchase only one pair during this promotion and do not take advantage of the offer, we will not be able to offer compensation or apply the discount retroactively.

To start a return:
Please contact our customer service at Contact@pure-vue.com to initiate a return.
Please include your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images.
Return costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or if the product is found to be defective/wrong (color or model). Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.
Return authorization:
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return form with the shipping costs calculated by us.
Pure Vue operates globally and in some cases we may not be able to provide a return label to send the return shipment. However, you will receive a label with return instructions.
In the event that your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong color/size, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a discount code that you can use during the return process. However, for all other return reasons not mentioned above, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable method to return the item.
Returning orders with problems: Damage/Wrong color or size
Products that are incorrect, defective or damaged in transit are eligible for return. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please make sure to send your return within 14 days of receiving your confirmation.
Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will verify the eligibility of the product. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Exchange request:
Exchanges are only possible within the stated return period, usually within 30 days after the delivery date. Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport. We only offer exchanges for products of equal value. If the exchange item has a different value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exceptions to Returns / Non-Returnable Items
All returns must meet the following conditions:
Unused and unwashed:
Not applicable to pillowcase orders; merchandise must remain in original, untouched condition. We cannot process returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Damage-free requirement:
Not applicable to pillowcase orders; products must not show any signs of wear or damage unless received in damaged condition.
Bundle order:
While we do not normally accept partial returns for bundled items, customer satisfaction is our top priority and exceptions can be made based on individual circumstances. We do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is intended to cover the costs of processing returns, restocking, and any depreciation of the returned items.
Conditions for exemption:
Restocking fees may be waived under certain circumstances, such as:
- The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was shipped and a replacement item is not available.
Requests for exemption will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange procedure:
After receiving the item you want to exchange, we will start the exchange procedure. You will receive a new order number and the exchange item will be shipped as soon as we have checked and processed your exchange request. Please note that the processing time for exchanges may vary.
Refund processing:
After we receive the returned item, we will check it and start the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. The processing time of the refund to your account may vary depending on the processing time of your bank. If applicable, restocking fees may be deducted.
Changes to the return policy:
Pure Vue reserves the right to change or modify this Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
